Coaches Checklist
Registration forms and payment/due by designated date on your registration form to reserve your spot.
Payments can be made out to Blast Spirit Championships with school/gym check or money order. Email us for an invoice with adress to mail in your check
Please have all team members/parents sign our release waiver form....please bring these the day of the competition along with the TEAM ROSTER form---- DO NOT MAIL THIESE FORMS! Emails will be sent out periodically to provide additional info along with event schedule draft 1 week prior to competition. Times subject to change during this one week period. Final schedule provided 2 days prior to the event. If you do not receive an email please see our contact us link above
Coaches check-in might vary depending on which event you attend, please stay check your email for specific times. Warm up room opens for the first teams at 35 mins prior to competition start time. Music can be check for the hour prior to event start time. iPod/iPhone, aux cord attachments will be available
Coaches meeting 1 hour prior to first team's competition time (depending on session) in the warmup room or coaches room down the athletic hallway
PLEASE LOOK AT OUR SCORE/DEDUCTION SHEETS prior to our events. We will use CHSAA replica scoring system for high school and BLAST score sheets for all stars.
Score sheets will be handed out after all final awards have been given out. ALL SCORES/DEDUCTIONS ARE FINAL AND WILL NOT BE OPEN FOR VIDEO REVIEW.
